How long will my order take to be delivered?
The current lead-time is 6-8 weeks but we aim to deliver before this.
Who will be delivering my equipment?
We have a number of fully trained installation technicians who will deliver and install your equipment with minimal disruption.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Wherever possible we will try to accomodate any special delivery requests.
What happens if the equipment is not how I imagined?
The descriptions and dimensions of the equipment are clearly stated on the website, however if you are dissatisfied with the product and would like to return it, you will have 7 days to arrange the return. If you require Life Fitness to collect the equipment a collection fee will apply.
How do I track my order?
Email orders@lifefitness.com with your reference number to receive details on your order status.
How do I know if my Life Fitness exercise equipment is under warranty?

When I call for service, I am always asked for the serial number of my machine. Where do I find it?
Life Fitness Treadmills: Serial numbers are located on the front end of the machine.
Life Fitness Lifecycle Upright Exercise Bikes: Serial numbers are located on the underside of the frame.
Life Fitness Lifecycle Recumbent Exercise Bikes: Serial numbers are located on the front end of the frame.
Life Fitness Cross-Trainer: Serial numbers are located on the back of the frame.
Life Fitness Stairclimber: Serial numbers are located on the back of the frame.
