Can I return promotional the items?
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order, we make every effort to give you the best products and service, occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date printed on the front of your invoice.
You do not need to contact us for a Returns Number. Just send your order reference number along with the items and reason for return to:

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. This does not apply to any perishable goods, software or item personalised or made to your specification. To cancel any item, you can e-mail or write to us within seven working days of the day following delivery of your order being made, quoting your order number.
You must take reasonable care of the item, retain all original packaging and must not use them.
Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund within 30 days of your cancellation. A full refund will be given for items returned to us within this period, items not returned will have the direct cost of retrieving the item(s) deducted from the refund value.

If you wish to return an item to us you must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows resale. All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item We reserve the right to with hold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged, marked, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
